Where we work

12 towns within 40 minutes of the unit

Our vans start the day at Fernhollow Trade Park, Derby. Book by 2pm on a weekday and every town below gets a same-day visit.

Outside these towns? We still come for new doors anywhere in Derbyshire, and for repairs when we can. Ring and ask.

Doors we see most around here

Victorian and inter-war terraces in Derby and Long Eaton tend to have side-hinged timber doors or a later up-and-over steel door. Most of our spring work in those streets is on up-and-over doors with tired extension springs.

The newer estates in Mickleover, Borrowash and around Ripley were mostly built with steel sectional doors, many now 15 to 20 years old. Those are the torsion springs, cables and rollers we replace every day.

Out towards Ashbourne and Duffield there are more detached garages and outbuildings, where an insulated door earns its keep in a workshop.

Door stuck open, or stuck shut? Ring before 2pm.

Tell us what it is doing and you get the fixed price on the phone. A van with the parts on board is with you the same day.
