Prices
All prices on this website include VAT. Repair prices are fixed: the engineer confirms the fault and the price at your door before any work starts, and you can decline without charge. There is no call-out fee.
Repairs
Parts we fit and our workmanship are guaranteed for 2 years from the visit. The guarantee does not cover damage from impact, misuse, or parts we did not fit.
New doors
New doors are made to measure after a survey. We take a deposit of 25% when you order, and the balance when the door is fitted. Because a door is made to your measurements, the deposit is refundable only if we cannot fit the door we quoted.
Door warranties are provided by the manufacturer for the period shown in your quote. Our fitting is guaranteed for 2 years.
Cancelling
You can cancel a repair booking at any time before the engineer arrives at no cost. If you ordered a new door at home, you may have a 14-day right to cancel; if you ask us to start making the door within that time, you agree to pay for work already done.
Our liability
We take care to protect your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to frames, brickwork or electrics that we point out before starting.
