A broken spring, most often
If the door feels far heavier than usual by hand, the spring that carries its weight has failed. A door that will not move at all with a light by hand usually has a jammed roller or a seized lock.

How to pay
Card or bank transfer when the work is done. For new doors, 25% when you order and the rest once it is fitted.
Yearly service plan
£79 a year: we book your service, and you get 10% off any repair until the next one.
